I have felt very rushed this week with three morning meetings and the pressure of life kicking in making life choices not so fun. That aside, this morning's workout went well. I started out good, but felt the pace slowing so I incorporated some periods of running to get me back home in decent time. i did the Longwood/Medford Loop doing 8.92 miles in 1:58:01 for a 13:13 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 271 feet and an average heart rate of 116 bpm. it was a partly cloudy 49 degree morning so I was able to dress less warmly.
