I woke up after a fairly restful night’s sleep. It’s funny how you always fight the going back to bed feeling. It never really goes away. I know that today is going to be a long day with open house tonight. I’m concerned about my wife. I feel like her bronchitis might have turned into pneumonia. It’s not like her to cough and cough for weeks. This morning I did the Apple Court, Kastal, Ryan, Woodlot, and Randall Loop doing 8.72 miles in 2:23:36 for a 16:28 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 127 bpm with an elevation gain of 238 feet with an average cadence of 126 spm at a foggy/humid 70 degrees. I’m thankful for day one at age 59–Thank you Lord!
