This was the morning of obstacles. Bad stomach from pizza. Getting out a bit late. Kind of tired from the time change. I’ve learned to persevere and keep going and thankfully that has been enough. I did the Randall Loop, but switched to Raynor the last part instead of Randall— equals about the same. I did 9.09 in 2:17:25 for a 15:07 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 102 bpm with an elevation gain of 191 feet with an average cadence of 130 spm at 41 degrees. Thank you Lord!
