My workout went well. I made it to work in good time. Things were looking good— until— I realized my key to my car was still home. This means I can’t get home, unless my wife brings my key to me. Workout— I did 9.15 miles in 2:15:23 for a 14:47 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 154 bpm with an elevation gain of 188 feet with an average cadence of 132 spm at 34 degrees.PTL!
