It seems strange that I have gotten out of my daily routine. I find that my falling to sleep almost suddenly has to do with my early morning workouts. Today seemed nice even though I was behind schedule for much of the morning. I made up some time on my commute. I did the intown loop doing 9.09 miles in 2:18:34 for a 15:14 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 133 bpm with an elevation gain of 164 feet with an average cadence of 130 spm at 42 degrees. Thank you Lord for your faithfulness!
