I did the in town loop doing 9.15 miles in 2:19:40 for a 15:16 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 86 bpm with an elevation gain of 206 feet with an average cadence of 129 spm at 43 drizzly degrees. Lord willing headed to my parents at noon. Going to Eastport for Keon’s birthday on Friday. Thank you Lord.
