I headed out the door without my phone as it hadn’t charged overnight. I did 9.34 miles in 2:20:17 for a 15:01 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 94 bpm at a temp of 40 degrees. I wasn’t motivated, but I knew that I could finish. The ability to finish and complete things is something that should not ever be taken for granted. I am blessed.
