I did the Scenic Hills, Niewood, Medford Loop doing 9.35 miles in1:55:48 for a 12:23 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 284 feet with an average pulse of 133 bpm at a temperature of 62 degrees with humidity at 87 percent.
