I got out a few minutes past my usual time, so I decided to do a slow run for awhile. I didn't feel like trying to push the running pace , but I wanted to get back in time so I wouldn't have to rush. I did the Ridge Road /Woodlot Loop doing 9.04 in 1:46:38 for an 11:47 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 128 feet with an average pulse of 131 bpm with the temp at 55 degrees with 84 percent humidity. Last workout at 52 years old:) God Bless!!!
