I am doing what I can tger to school earlier, but the traffic on the road seems to cancel out my best efforts. I did the Scenic Hills, Medford,Niewood Loop in 1:57:24 for 8.79 miles doing a 13:21 minute per mile pace with a 268 foot elevation gain and an average heartrate of 124 bpm at a temperature of 69 degrees and 100 percent humidity.
