I woke up with no specific route in mind to workout on this morning, so I randomly picked the Randall Route. The temp was dry and in the high 50's which was perfect. I woke up at 4 two minutes before my alarm went off , but due to my fatigue I just got out at my usual time. I did 9.05 in 1:59:12 for a 13:09 minute per mile walking pace with an elevation gain of 130 feet and an average heartrate of 110 bpm. It wad just a perfect morning for a workout.
