I got more sleep last night than the night before, but it still took me awhile to drift into sleep. I decided to do the Ridge Route again. I have been seeking the solitude found on this route and not worrying about the flatness of the route. I noticed after three miles that my pace was off due to fatigue. I decided to insert 10 pick-ups into the workout again. The pick-ups helped to elevate my workout to a 13:47 minute per mile pace. I did 8.84 miles in 2:01:59. Just grateful for consistent workouts.
