I was slow this morning, but slow seems to be who I am these days. I did 8.55 in 2:25:31 for a birthday 17:01 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 165 bpm with an elevation gain of 285 feet with an average cadence of 124 spm in a varied rain at 69 degrees. I’m grateful, but I notice the decline. Have a blessed day!
