This morning I went about my morning workout and preparations with a positive attitude. Instead of overthinking and analyzing, I just kept moving and going forward. I didn’t go fast , but things worked out okay. I did 8.61 miles in 2:23:42 for a 16:41 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 154 bpm with an elevation gain of 173 feet at an average cadence of 124 spm at 57 degrees. I had a good talk with my brother this morning on the way to work. God bless!
