Working Out Even When You’re Down

 I have been down, especially after a bad evaluation from my principal. I had an unproductive discussion with my wife last night. Sometimes I just feel all alone in my frustration and disappointment. Thanks Lord that you are always their. I did the hills again- 8.51 miles in 2:09:51 for a 15:15 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 171 bpm with an elevation gain of 268 feet with an average cadence of 127 spm at 50 degrees. It was light raining at times. My mood gradually went from depressed to a bit better. Have a blessed day friend!
