I woke up with a slight amount of optimism and kept on schedule. I headed out for my hill workout. I did 9 x the Raynor hill doing 8.57 miles in 2:12:17 for a 15:26 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 160 bpm with an elevation gain of 309 feet with an average cadence of 127 spm at a comfortable 57 degrees.
