I started out the day like any other day. Fortunately, things fell into place and went pretty good. I did the hill workout doing 8.66 miles in 2:09:38 for a 14:58 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 161 bpm with an elevation gain of 287 feet with an average cadence of 129 spm at 53 degrees. Good workout and good commute today. Thankful!
