One week from today we start our Christmas break. This morning I was a bit slow getting out, thankfully I was faster getting around. I did the local figure eight plus. I did 9.12 miles in 2:13:57 for a 14:40 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 115 bpm with an elevation gain of 207 feet with an average cadence of 135 spm at 38 degrees. I saw 3 falling stars yesterday morning and 1 this morning. This morning’s you could see the tail of the comet as it slowly disintegrated in the low skies. I always try to be a bit more tuned into things this Christmas time of the year. God bless you!
