I seem to have a lot of questions going through my head. I have a lot of emotion about certain things, and it’s hard to contain it. Seems as though I have some issues that I’m no happy with even though I’ve tried to work through accepting my “losses”. I’m not good at hiding things. On another note— today I did the Longwood Loop doing 9.11 miles in 2:17:54 for a 15:08 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 164 bpm with an elevation gain of 342 feet with an average cadence of 130 spm at 53 degrees.
