I started my workouts on a Tuesday due to my late Sunday night. I did my new rendition of the figure 8. I did 9.10 miles in 2:15:36 for a 14:53 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 143 bpm with an elevation gain of 241 feet with an average cadence of 130 spm at 35 degrees. My weight remained consistent thankfully. Good start to the week. God bless you!
