Thankfully I don’t have to get up quite as early as when I teach, but I am out approximately an hour earlier than vacation hours. Once I get out there I find that I prefer the early hours. I love that there are no people and very little traffic. I am pretty much just in my thoughts. I did 9.22 miles in 2:18:15 for a 14:59 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 348 feet with an average heart rate of 116 bpm at a temp of 74 degrees and 93 percent humidity. I mowed the lawn tonight and am enjoying the peace and quiet of an almost empty house. Able to clean things up a bit. Feeling a little lazy. God bless and good night!
