It was another windy and rainy morning. I kind of like these type of days. Even though I was running a little behind and am tired, the conditions buoyed my spirits. I love the dark of the fall. I am estimating a bit as once again, my watch shut off for a little over a mile. I did nine miles in around 2:17 at a 14:49 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 132 bpm with an elevation gain of 603 feet at 54 degrees and some decent humidity. Looking forward to a strong venti black eye plus another espresso shot(3) , caramel swirl, and vanilla sweet foam. Cheating a bit on my fast. God bless you!
