I watched the Red Sox play the Yankees through 6 innings for Wild Card game. The Red Sox won 6-2 and will now play Tampa. I did the Longwood Loop doing 9.09 miles in 2:13:00 for a 14:37 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 157 bpm with an elevation gain of 304 feet at 60 degrees and 85 percent humidity.
