I went through the motions without much thought. Thinking about what I have in front of me has been depressing, so I just am focusing on the task at hand. I did 9.07 miles in 2:16:40 for a 15:03 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 153 bpm with an elevation gain of 181 feet at 60 degrees and 81 percent humidity. Today is Mr. Howell’s last day, a sad day! God bless you my friends!
