Today, I was back to 2020 speed. I did 9.07 miles in 2:10:43 for a 14:25 minute per mile pace and heart rate of 163 bpm with an elevation gain of 183 feet at 55 degrees and 97 percent humidity. Lord willing, seeing 007 tonight with Char!
