I headed out a bit after 7 in the morning to Calverton. There were a lot of people a lot of people out on the trail. I did 9.41 miles in 2:45:57 for a a 17:37 minute per mile hike an elevation gain of 170 feet with an average heart rate of 83 bpm at 68 am 69 percent humidity. I started out a bit lethargic, but I was glad to get out on such a beautiful late August morning. God is good!
