This week was a slow week, pace wise. I just didn’t have the steam in the tank for a decent pace. Fortunately, the new shorter workouts aid the effort to get the work in. I did 8 x Raynor Hill for 7.04 miles in 1:59:03 for a 16:54 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 139 bpm. For some reason, I do not have access to all of my stats now. Kind of tired.
