This morning I decided that I needed a change. So I did the 2 Loop workout without the shirt out and back. I did 8.42 miles in 2:15:26 for a 16:05 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 106 bpm with an elevation gain of 264 feet at an average cof 126 spm at a temperature of 45 degrees. My lateral collateral ligament is bothering me a bit lately. All said, today’s workout went well. I’m still a bit groggy, but needed a change at least for a day.
