I was so surprised when I found out that I have another day off from school today-Tuesday. I don’t have anything major to do today thankfully. The time off allows me to take my daughter Ericka to work and to pick her up after work— saving her an Uber. It’s nice to be able to get things done without being under time constraints. I’m excited for my wife who is down in the DR. My wife is a treasure from God. I did the Medford/Randall Loop. I did 8.81 miles in 2:25:23 for a 16:29 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 119 bpm with an elevation gain of 216 feet at a cadence of 127 spm at a temp of 52 degrees. This was a breezy damper cooler morning which was a little more comfortable. I’m grateful for these little times of recovery. Thank you Lord!
