Sometimes the only way to get something going is to get going and start your own momentum. I was a little bit behind this morning, but I decided to keep going and not cut back on the workout. I did 8 x Raynor Hill for 7.32 miles in 1:58:02 for a 16:07 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 119 bpm with an elevation gain of 371 feet at an average cadence of 125 spm at a foggy 48 degrees. I was pleased to get everything in. Thank you Lord!
