This has been the summer of trips and doing stuff. I had to hustle around this morning to get my walking workout in plus my deadlifts. I had to load up my vehicle for the trip to Lancaster, Pa. as well. I did the Medford/Randall Loop doing 9.29 miles in 2:19:50 for a 15:03 minute per mile pace with an average heart rate of 163 bpm with an elevation gain of 150 bpm at 75 degrees and 93 percent humidity.
