I let myself sleep in and headed out the door around 7. It was drizzling , but I felt a slick coat of spotty ice under my feet. The first couple of miles were slower, but as the run progressed the frozen drizzle changed to sleet. I was grateful for three good runs in Hope. I did 8.39 miles in the challenging hills of Maine. I got in some solid strength work as well. It's always nice to get home to Maine. God Bless!
