Late Start

You know you are tired when you sleep through your alarm. Fortunate, the extra rest meant a bit more energy.  I did 8 x .3 mile hill repeats with warm-up and cool-down with equal recovery for 6.6 miles. Not a person or dog out on this clear cool late fall morning. Looking forward to great things through Christ. God Bless!
