I did 8 x .3 mile hill repeats with warm-up and cool-down with equal recovery for 7.2 miles. I saw Arlem and his wife out for a walk. It was another rainy day here in Ridge. I was a bit tired and my autopilot was required to get me out the door. I am enjoying my daughters from Maine minus Kaitland who didn't come. In spite of our hardships God is always faithful.
