I have been busy, with little time to reflect. Thankfully I have been able to get the work in. I did not do active recovery this weekend, bit that’s okay. Recovery is as important as the workout.
Thursday— 8.66 miles in 2:09:51 for a 15 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 200 feet with an average heart rate of 137 bpm at 59 degrees and 90 percent humidity.
Friday—8.83 miles in 2:12:05 for a 14:57 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 151 feet with an average heart rate of 97 bpm at 64 degrees and 96 percent recovery.
