Back In Ridge

After going away for a few days there is the adjustment to “normal “ life. It seems that there is no normal so to speak, but there is daily life there to be lived the best that you can do it in God’s strength. Today I did the Longwood Loop. There were lots of buses once again— and teachers and students at school. I started out slowish and then improved it to a more normal pace. I did 9.68 miles in 2:28:13 for a 15:18 minute per mile pace with an elevation gain of 359 feet with an average heart rate of 98 bpm at 61 degrees and humidity at 98 percent. Looking to You for strength!
