Day 1

Summer vacation begins. I did the Randall Road Loop. It was a very humid morning and I got off to a late start. I had to hav my blood drawn , so I was s bit hurried. When I had my blood drawn, they could not get blood out. They brought in their blood specialist to extract the sample. She apologized before beginning. After a bit, I told her that I felt light headed. She called people in and I was out. Fortunately, I was ok after 5 minutes or so. I then dropped my computer off at the school. On my way home , I got a ticket— fortunately, not a speeding ticket. Now for the stats — 9.48 miles in 2:19:52 for a 14:45 minute per mile pace with a 199 -foot elevation gain and a 120 bpm heart rate at 69 degrees and 93 percent humidity.
