I had two decent workouts yesterday on Randall and today on Longwood. The temps on each day was seasonably cool but the skies were clear and beautiful. Yesterday I did 8.97 miles in 2:00:35 seconds dor a 13:25 minute per mile pace with an average heartrate of 124 bpm. Today I did 8.91 miles in 1:58:39 for a 13:19 minute per mile pace and an average heartrate of 119 bpm. I have felt harrassed by my principal and am afraid, which has me running to the Lord.
