I got out this morning in good season--thankfully for me I could start an hour later thanks to an hour later start time for work. It is a sad day with 15 people losing their jobs at my work. I decided to do the Ridge Road Loop--doing 8.76 miles in 1:59:30 for a 13:39 minute per mile pace. The temperature was comfortable and the skies were clear. Next week at this time Lord willing I will be in New Jersey with my wife. Looking to the Lord for His direction! Have a blessed day!
