I headed out the door at about the same timeand went at about the same pace on the same route as yesterday.
The top picture is a bit blurry that probably is representative of my mood at the time shows how dark it is at 4:30am. The bottom picture shows a couple of my friends that greet me at about the same spot every morning. I did 8.76 in 1:58:58 for a 13:35 minute per mile pace. Looking forward to going away for a couple of days with my lovely wife for our 6 th anniversary. God Bless You Richly!
