I heard out at a late for me 6:30 am. It was in the fifties and dry yesterday with today being 70 and humid. I did 8.34 on the Randall road in 1:49:36. I felt decent , but it always feel a bit strange after a few days away from home. My daughter Kimi is here, but I find that it takes awhile for everybody to adjust to one another. I am blessed to have her here. Finished my strength up. Enjoyed visiting my parents. My father sent me home with a 62 pound kettle bell. It was a very nice gift which I will use regularly.
