I Feel Better When I Move

I have felt like staying in bed the last few weeks of training. This always happens, a stretch of training when only habit gets you out the door.  I got out at 4:27 after a cup of coffee.  I seemed too en up as I hit the street.  I was not super fast, but I was better than yesterday.  It was 64 degrees with a bit of wind and drizzle.  I did 8.02 on the figure 8 loop plus. I've been sticking to this loop to enjoy the peace and quiet. Well, back to work. God Bless!
