I did the same route both days of the figure 8 plus- extra. I added a few inlets off from Apple Court to give a little extra distance. Today I did 8.62 miles in 1:45:53. Friday I did 8.71 in 1:51:48. Much quicker pace today. I tried the workout app on the second loop for Spotify. I found this app helps you to maintain your tempo. Both days were clear and comfortable.My wife and I will head to Pennsylvania to the Poconos tomorrow. Some workouts in the mountains of Pa. On the docket-- Lord willing. Have a blessed day!
