I did 8.09 in 1:38:55 on a walk on Randall Road this morning. The temp was 57 and dry and clear. It was a good pace,not under 12's but a good pace nonetheless . I get our a bit past 5 now that I don't have to go to work. I like the fact that I don't have to rush-- even. better, no breakneck commute. So far this is a great start to the summer.
