I got out at 4:30 this morning. A temp of 52 degrees with overcast skies. A nice quiet morning doing the figure 8 plus for 8.04 miles at a 13:23 per mile pace. Sunday's workout in Texas as an 11:47 per mile for 8.5 miles. Just didn't have it. I did July the beauty of the day. Lots to be thankful for and lots to pray about. Looking forward to the weekend.
