I woke up to light rain and a sheet of humidity. I think since I am upping my strength training to make up for missed workouts while I am away at the beginning of next week is draining my energy. My times have been slow-- but I am ok with it. I did 9.04 miles in 2:08:53 for a 14:16 minute walking pace per mile. Doing squats this early inthe week I think is making a difference in slower times. Blessed to have health to workout. My wife had her first iron transfusion today. Praying for my precious wife. God Bless!
