I have to say that my workouts this summer have lacked motivation. Motivation is way overrated. Most days that I head out the door it is totally devoid of motivation. It's as simple as this, if I want to maintain my current weight and fitness then I have to stick to the workouts. I pick workouts that I can complete if I simply put in the time and at least a token amount of effort. I don't ever kill myself in a workout. At times I will push myself a bit, but I never do a workout that I dread. If I dread something I eventually will avoid what I dread. Today I did the Logwood/Medford loop doing9.04 miles in 9.04 for a 13:48 minute per miles walking pace. The temp was 70 degrees at 5:02 start time. Have a blessed day!
