I got out the door at 4:22 am. The temp was 34 and the air was still. I did the Medford/Randall/Woodlot loop for 8.6 miles in 1:52:12 for a 13:03 minute per mile walking pace. I felt ok although the weekend was crazy and my sleep was less than optimal. Yet, through the trials I am blessed.Have a blessed day!
