I was feeling sick yesterday with stiff muscles and a headache. Rest and Tylenol helped nurse me back to health., although I'm kind of more tired than usual today. May have to go to bed early instead of watching the Patriots game tonight. Praying for the Francis family today as well. Tonight we get Kim in at Longwood(Lord willing).
It was windy and 39 degrees as I headed out the door doing the Medford/Randall/Woodlot loop. The pace was alright considering yesterday I was fighting off sickness. I did 8.65 miles in 1:58:02 for a 13:39 minutes per mile pace. Looking forward to seeing my parents although I wish that Char could come with me. Have a blessed day!
