I got out around 4:20 am doing the Randall Extra Plus Loop. It was a mild 57 degrees on the streets of Ridge. Unlike the past few Thursday's, I did not see anyone else out and around. I felt good just not world beating at a 13:39 per mile walking pace. Today will be a long day as I have parent/teacher conferences until 8 o'clock. Things at the moment are a bit more settled which is a good feeling. I just feel blessed every morning to be able to get the work in. I did 8.68 miles in 1:58:32. God Bless!
